1. Practice to lift low weight low weight 40 kgs, 50 kgs, 60 kgs and 65 kgs before lifting heavy weight 70 Kgs.
2. Be self confident person. Trust on yourself that you can life 70 Kgs weight.
3. Use the power of mind : Imagination : Imagine that you have already lifted 70 gs weight.
4. Use your willpower. It will come, if you have goal to lift heavy weight.
