How to Reduce Rheumatoid Factor Naturally - Dr. Vinod Kumar

 Hello dear friends, welcome to Swami Dayanand Naturopathy Hospital and I am Dr. Vinod Kumar. Today we will talk about how to decrease the rheumatoid factor naturally if it is very high in your test report. So first of all, let us know

What is rheumatoid factor?

Look, in modern science, doctors are doing a test to see if our body's immune system is attacking our joints or not. There is a test for them, a blood test. If they find that the rheumatoid factor is 20 or less than 20, they say that it is normal. If it is too high, it becomes 50, 100, 150, 125. So they say that your immune system is attacking your joints. Due to which inflammation is happening. Due to which you are having pain in the joints. So the root cause of this is something else. It is your lifestyle and it will come down naturally on its own.

So what do you have to do to reduce it?

The first thing to do is

1. Exercise

You have to exercise for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. You have to do physical movement. Otherwise, any test report in the world can only tell that your RF has increased. It will not tell you about its reduction. No medicine has been made that can reduce it. That is your exercise. Do exercise for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. It is a very simple thing. Do yoga for 15 minutes. I will give you the link of the yoga video on my website. Do yoga for 15 minutes. Take long breaths. Full oxygen should go in. Our immunity should know that I get pure oxygen. Okay? Even if someone is a prisoner in a cage and he is not given food and light, he will also become irritable. Our immunity has become irritable, it has become a disorder, it has to be brought in order so that the security guards can do their work properly. 

And when I talk to patients, they say that if I exercise for only half an hour, then it will not work.

 Then after 15 minutes, you have to walk for at least one hour. If not one hour, then do half an hour in the morning and evening. So this is 45 minutes and you can do asanas for 15 minutes. There are very good asanas which increase the flexibility of your joints. I can give you the list.

Number one is

Bhujangasana,

Number two is

Sarvangasana,

Number three is Nokasana,

Ok? Apart from this,

Hal Asana. So do these asanas.

After this, number two comes food.

2. Food

The food that causes the most harm and is responsible for increasing this problem is oily food and sugary items. So you should not eat it anywhere, whether it is a temple or  Church when you have gone out.

If you are, do not eat oily food anywhere. Do not use it at home either. If you can use it, then add half a spoon, if you can even do that, then you can add one spoon of mustard oil in your food.

How should it be? Bring 10 kg of mustard oil home. Get it ground in front of your eyes. Extract its oil. The husk from it has to be given to the cow, okay? The disrespect that is being meted out to mother cow today, it should not happen, give it to her. And the third thing that can be done is gratitude.

3. Gratitude

You need it for mental health. If you just say thank you to someone. I am thankful to you. Do you remember whom you thanked after a week? You can see that. So for that you have to write it. Daily notebook.

 One should thank God and five people daily. I have also been thanking Him for many years. It has a great impact on your mind, brain and heart. It brings positivity. This will reduce your RF level. 

After that appreciate it and stop getting angry on small things. Anger dries up the body. Fire cannot be extinguished by fire. Water is needed for that. Similarly, if due to any reason an angry atmosphere is created in the house, then you should remain calm. Listen with one ear. Let it go out from the other. This is all that happens. That thing went in the air. So do not get angry. Control it at any cost. Manage it. Okay. Whatever missing thing happens, whoever did not follow your orders, accept it and spend your energy on your big goals, like staying healthy, increasing love, give a positive response to any negative situation.

4. Vitamin D

So in this way one more thing comes up in the end that you need Vitamin D. There are two seasons in India in which you don't get proper sunlight and mostly you stay indoors because of that also you don't get it. For that one is winter and the other is the month of raining season . July, August, September. Okay? In June, some part of June, rains start after 20th June. So in this sometimes Sun God comes, sometimes he doesn't. So proper Vitamin D is not available. For that at this time in these two seasons, in any case you have to do a havan.

We have havan samagri. It eats 50 herbs. We have Desi cows. You can take havan samagri from us. Okay? And in your house also, by rearing a Desi cow and feeding them herbs, you can take its ingredients, you can take Desi Cow ghee and wood, so the fire god that appears from the havan of this, we get vitamin D from it. When we get vitamin D, the calcium in my body, which you drink from the milk of a Desi cow, will be digested, then you will not have this problem. 

Your rheumatoid factor will remain normal and your rheumatoid arthritis will become normal.
