Introduction
Namaskar, dear friends. Welcome to Swami Dayanand Naturopathy Hospital.
I am Dr. Vinod Kumar.
Today, we are going to talk about Protein Leakage.
What is Protein Leakage?
Protein leakage means that whatever protein-containing food you have eaten is passing out of your body through the urine via the kidneys.
First of all, you should understand what protein is.
Protein is a nutrient in food that helps build your muscles. It helps maintain your body weight balance and helps keep your growth hormones stable.
For this reason, you consume different types of protein-containing foods.
But when protein leakage keeps happening repeatedly and your kidneys are not functioning properly, what are its effects?
Side Effects of Protein Leakage
The effect is that you may start experiencing weakness in your body.
Your muscles may start becoming weak and may begin to deteriorate.
In addition, swelling may start appearing in your legs and face.
This indicates that your kidneys are not filtering properly. They are not retaining protein in the body.
You may then undergo tests.
You may have a blood creatinine test to check your creatinine levels.
You may also have a 24-hour urine routine test, which may show that protein leakage is occurring.
Protein Leakage Naturopathy Treatment Steps
1. Stop Diabetes and High Blood Pressure Medicines
After this, what do you start doing?
If the doctor says that you have diabetes, you may undergo diabetes-related tests and start taking diabetes medicines.
According to my approach, the first thing is to stop diabetes medicine.
This is the main reason for further damaging your kidneys, which is causing protein leakage.
If you are taking medicine for high blood pressure, stop that medicine as well, because according to my approach, this is the reason for urine leakage.
Once you have stopped these medicines, what should you do next?
2. Stop Outside Paneer, Milk, and Milk Products
After that, you should start stopping the protein-containing foods that you buy from outside.
Everyone knows that paneer, milk, and curd contain a lot of protein.
When you buy paneer from outside, what is added to it?
Palm oil may be added to it. Fat may be added to it. It may even contain animal fat and detergent powder.
Therefore, stop eating outside paneer.
If you want to make paneer, keep an Indian Desi Cow at home.
Add lemon to the milk, and your paneer is ready.
This will be your protein, which will make you toxin-free.
It will not contain toxins.
Outside protein may appear to be protein, but according to my approach, it is actually a toxin.
It damages the kidneys and will not remain in your body.
Milk has also become highly adulterated.
There may not even be real milk in it.
So why do you do this?
If you do not have a cow at home, find someone who has a Desi Cow and take milk from that cow.
Take good care of the cow.
Curd has also started becoming adulterated.
Therefore, these three things—milk, curd, and paneer—should be prepared at home.
This is why our ancient sages and saints used to keep cows at home.
The protein from the cow's milk, curd, and paneer was digested by their bodies.
3. Grow and Eat Organic Pulses
Next, eat organic food.
According to my approach, the pulses available outside that provide protein may contain poison.
The system can be made very simple.
One type of pulse is urad dal, which is a very good pulse.
You can sow its seeds during the appropriate season.
The seeds will grow, and you can eat them fresh.
We have eaten them ourselves.
We have grown them ourselves.
You can also grow them.
Moong dal can also be grown.
Black gram can easily be grown during winter.
If they are properly taken care of and cow dung manure is used, you can eat them.
Therefore, grow the pulses that provide you with protein organically in your own kitchen garden.
3. Stop Packed and Processed Food
The third thing is to stop eating outside processed and packaged food.
If a relative comes and gives you biscuits, or you eat salty biscuits or namkeen, remember that the salt used in these foods may be harmful to your kidneys.
For this, you can reduce your salt intake and use rock salt (Sendha Namak) instead.
4. Yoga, Asanas, Pranayama, Exercise, and Long Walks
Next, exercise your body.
Do yoga, pranayama, and asanas.
In addition, all types of physical exercise can be beneficial for you.
Walk for a long distance.
For kidney patients and diabetic patients, start with at least 2 kilometres in the beginning.
Start with 2 kilometres in the morning and 2 kilometres in the evening.
Gradually increase the distance.
You can gradually reach 5 kilometres in the morning and 5 kilometres in the evening.
Slowly, when you reach 10 kilometres in the morning and 10 kilometres in the evening, your kidneys will become young again.
They will become strong and powerful.
According to my approach, this can help the kidneys become strong and help correct protein leakage.
5. Control Your Stress
And then, look at your stress.
Any type of stress can weaken your kidneys.
There is only one mantra for remaining stress-free: explain things to your mind.
Tell yourself:
"My problem is not big."
"My problems are not long-lasting."
"My problems are not difficult."
"My problems are not very big."
Whatever problem you have, tell your mind:
"My dear mind, never take attention."
"My dear mind, do not worry."
"Never mind, be happy."
Your mind makes your problems bigger.
Problems themselves are never that big.
If you follow the lifestyle that I have explained, then why should you worry about:
"What will happen to me now?"
"Will I need dialysis?"
"What will happen to me?"
"Will I die early?"
All these fears and negative thoughts are increased by your mind.
Therefore, explain to your mind that you have to take action.
So take the necessary action.
Who is stopping you?
