Today I will tell you how you can stop taking your BP pill. I will tell you the reason to throw this BP pill in the dustbin immediately. First of all, we are humans, and no person would want to sacrifice three other organs of the body to save one of his organs. When there is high blood pressure, it means that there is a blockage somewhere, which increases the pressure. In order to save the heart, we take allopathic medicines to reduce blood pressure, which damage the liver, kidneys and breathing system.
Now the question arises that will we sacrifice the liver, kidneys and lungs to save the heart? The answer is no. Therefore, you must stop these allopathic medicines for BP at all costs, because their side effects are serious. Many famous medicines, such as beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, and calcium channel blockers, do not cure BP, they just control it. Now I will tell you how you can control your BP without medicine.
1. Exercise to sweat
First of all, exercise to sweat. The discovery of the fan 182 years ago changed our lifestyle, due to which sweating stopped.
We have to return to the life of 182 years ago, that is, we have to stop the fan, cooler, and AC. The fan is switched off in winter anyway, but it has to be switched off from April to October. In India, there is the grace of the Sun God for eight months, due to which you will sweat, and your BP will become stable. You can exercise to induce sweating.
From April to October, turn off the fan, AC, and cooler and exercise or keep yourself busy in some work. This will induce sweating, and your BP will stabilize.
After the fan is turned off, you can do physical activity, such as working in the kitchen garden. I worked in my garden and kept the fan off. This stabilized my BP.
2. Avoid stress
Second, avoid stress. Do meditation and adopt good thoughts.
3. Reduce salt intake
Third, reduce salt intake. Salt is not required in the morning and evening, just take a little salt at a time. Stop eating outside snacks, sweets, refined oil, and non-veg.
4. Eat desi cow milk and fruits
Fourth, eat desi cow milk and fruits. This will keep your BP under control and you will never need to take BP pills. If you follow these four methods, your BP will be controlled, and your liver, kidneys, and breathing system will not be sacrificed.
