Boost Body Oxygen Level by My 3 Breathing Exercises


If you can not hold breath for 25 seconds only, it may be your oxygen level is less. Boost it with 3 simple breathing exercises.

1. 5-5-5 Breathing exercise

5 second take the breathe, 5 second hold and then 5 second withdraw your breathe. Do this 5 minutes.

2. 1 -5 Breathing Exercise 

Try to hold breathing 1 minutes if not try to do it two or 4 set but upto 1 minute, you have to reach and then do this 5 minutes.

3. 1.30 -5  Breathing Exercise 

It is also like 2nd but time of holding goal will be 1.30 minutes. Do it for 3 minutes.
