In this part 3, I have focus to teach following steps
1. Believe on yourself to increase your height.
Believe on yourself is very necessary to increase your height. If you do not have the believe on yourself, you can not increase your height. Because your fear of failure is more powerful which force not to do positive actions and without positive actions, there is no positive results which you want to see in the form of your height increase. Now question is how to believe yourself to increase your height.
Proof
There are lots of people who did regular actions, increased their height. Remember this proof that if you will do action, your height will also increase.
Second proof, you can find by reading the biographies of great personalities who believe themselves and set goal and did action and got achievement what they want

All great personalities invented something new which was no existed physically but they believe and they achieve. Like this, you believe, you will increase your height, your height will increase.
2. Make the List of Your Past Achievements
You have to write your all past achievement in a blank paper. It may be other fields in education, health or social activities. All these things will increase your confidence, yes, if you can achieve that, you can achieve this also.
3. Think Positive
You have to think positive if you want to increase your height.
If you say, I can not increase my height because I do not have believe. It is negative thinking. When you repeat same thinking, it became negative emotions, which stop your height increasing hormones.
Now you have to think positive by saying
To grow height is challenging and difficult. I accept this challenge and I will achieve this goal and I will get success by doing honest hard work.
2. Do practice of Kicks
Height Growing Kicks for increasing your range of motion of your joints and body parts.
Kick is must. It helps to increase height.
There is lots of types kicks.
Front kick
Cross side kick.
When you uplift your one foot, you increase your range of motion.
In beginning, it may uplift leg just 45 degree. You have the goal to uplift leg 180 degree by practice practice of kick.
3. Check your disease and naturally cure for becoming healthy for increasing your height.
If you have any neck disease, lung disease, stomach disease or liver disease, it will decrease your ability to increase your height. So, first heal your diseases naturally.
4. Overcome your all addictions for increasing your height
Addictions are harmful for your dream. It will consume your time and energy and focus. All three things, you need to get success in your mission. So, remove your addiction first.
You have to overcome first if you have drug addiction, masturbation addiction and porn addiction. All will waste your energy, time , money and mind power.
5. Be motivated with new hanging exercises.
Time to time, try new hanging exercise and your motivation will boost your focus and you achieve your goal.
