Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means to join or unite or to become one. It means that the soul is matched with the Supreme Soul. Our sages believe that God is everywhere but it is not so easy to find him because, in the middle of the demonic forces, lust, anger, greed, attachment, and ego obstruct. We know that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, has infinite powers, but man has thought himself to be helpless. When he does yoga every day, he will connect with him and the solution to his every problem will be found only from God.
Because Patanjali Rishi has also said
