Shoulder Rotate Exercise

 For getting relief from shoulder pain, we do this exercise morning and evening. In this exercise, we rotate the shoulders for 30 to 50 times and do its 3 to 5 sets. Then we change the direction. We do opposite direction what we have done already. Now again to do this exercise for 30 to 50 times and we do it in 3 to 5 sets for getting relief of shoulder pain. This exercise will also flexible your shoulders and you can easily move your shoulder without pain.
