In morning, if you go to toilet for fresh and you sit for long time but you could not feel any bowel movemnt in your stomach and no stool comes, it means, you have the problem of constipation and your dust has attached with your intestine and it is good time to learn the simple steps to fast your bowel movement
1st Step : Never Go Toilet without Drinking Water and Physical Movement in Morning
In night, there is zero physical movement and that is the reason, your stool has hard because no physical movement and no water. So, better is first drink the water. Water may be 1/2 ltr to 1 ltr enough.
Now come on the physical movement. Rotate your intestine right and left for 100 times. Cross your body below and touch right hand with left foot and vise versa. Move your arms right side and left side. You can do also skipping rope or jumping jack. You can also laughing big for 1 to 5 minutes. Ok make these exercises list again

In these 15 minutes focus only fresh not thinking anything. If any thought comes, say no thought. Never give huge pressure. Only small pressure is enough. If stool goes out, that is great. If not, follow 3rd Step. Again never nervous if stool does not come.
3rd Step : Drink Esabgol 1 Chamach and 1/2 Water again
This is great natural fiber which helps fast bowel movement. Drink this and be relax

4th Step : Pranvayam for 20 Minutes
Pranavyam helps to carry fresh oxygen to your intestine through blood and it will give natural pressure to your bowel movement. You can do following pranvayam
1. Om speaking 5 minutes
2. Deep Breathing 5 Minutes
3. Breathing holding 5 Minutes ( Holding time 1 mnute )

5th Step : Again Go to Toilet for Fresh and Sit Indian Toilet for 5 Minutes
Now, I hope, you will get natural bowel movement because your intestine will ready to send dust out. If bowel movement done. That is great. If not, never give up. Follow 6th Step

6th Step : Walk 10 Kms in 1 and 1/2 Hr Non -Stop
You do not do any hard exercise that day because if you will do hard exercise, this collected dust will include in the blood. Because your stool is in your body and for cleaness, you only walk 10 kms in 1 and 1/2 Hr Non -Stop.
7th Step : Again Go to Toilet for Fresh and Sit Indian Toilet for 5 Minutes
Now, I hope, you will get natural bowel movement because your intestine will ready to send dust out. If bowel movement done. That is great. If not, never give up. Follow 8th Step
8th Step Eat Only Fruits in the Morning Few Days
In fruits, you can take any 3 kinds of fruits. It is rich of fiber and your constipation problem will solve permanentely. Following are great fruits which you can use
1. Papita
2. Angur ( If not season, sprout kishmish or munaka )
3. Nashpati
8th Step Eat Green Veg. and Salad More and Reduce Grains Few Days
Whether you use wheat grain or any other. Suppose, you eat 5 roti, reduce it 2 roti and increase green veg. and salad like palak, green methi, gobi, muli, gajar, khera and shalgam. It will help to remove your constipation. Never eat daily dal, it bowel veg. Reduce the potato but eat other veg. more.
9th Step : Stop Outside process and Factory food
Never eat refined oil, packet food and factory food and process food. It increases constipation.
