Deadlift is a part of training for powerlifting. Due to which you are able to lift more weight. If deadlift is done with bench press and squats, then you can lift more and more weight by strengthening the body.
You must have a passion to dead lift that I have to fulfill my dream of lifting maximum weight by becoming a powerlifter.
But keep in mind that by lifting deadlift more than you can, you can take loss instead of profit, so do it gradually by increasing your stamina.
Before knowing the benefits of deadlift, know how to do it.
For this you need an iron rod, put weight plates in it according to your capacity. Then lift it from hand to knee. And apply the force of your hands and arms. And while pulling the rod, stand straight for at least 5 seconds and keep the spine straight. Always remember its benefits it will inspire you
1. It strengthens your legs, back and core
If you do deadlift every day, then your legs, back and core will become strong.
2. Deadlift increases the power of lifting more weight
If you can deadlift 100 kgs, it means you can lift 50 kgs of weight completely above shoulder. If you deadlift reach 200 kgs then you can do 100 kgs clean and jack and do full weight lifting
3. Obesity will reduce
Fat is reduced by doing light deadlift. But doing too much if you have overweight, you can also cause hernia because the inner skin of an obese person is weak and it can burst, so overweight person by lightening and practice and decreae fat and then deadlift more weight.
4. Increases body strength and endurance
As of now I can deadlift around 111 kgs. It has increased my strength and stamina. Because I do it and my brain accepts it to do it next time, because the strength and stamina of the body increases many times more than what is spent in lifting the body. Earlier people used to deadlift with stones when there was no weight lifting.
5. Muscle growth
If you are underweight, your weight will be balanced by increasing the muscles of your legs.
