Natural Treatment of All Ear Blockage

Following are the steps of natural treatment of all ear blockage. 

1. Never Go Who is Not Ear, Nose and Throat Expert 

If you will go to the person who is not expert of ear, he will do wrong diagnosis and give wrong medicine and drops. He can say, wax as infection in ear and will give you infection medicine which will give big side effects. 

Expert is needed for proper diagnosis of ear blockage causes. 

2. Find the Cause of Your Ear Blockage 

When expert will diagnose, he will tell

it happens due to wax or it happens due to infection in ear or it happens due to other diseases of neck or nose. 

3. If there is Wax, Ask for Clean it with Tools 

When ENT expert will tell, it happens due to WAX

Now, go to private ENT expert and stop govt. ENT expert drops. Say private ENT expert, please remove the wax from my ear. 

4. If there is Swelling, infection, follow these rules for 7 Days 

If ENT expert tells that you have ear swelling and infection and there is no wax, you have to eat medicine and add drops in ear. Stop it and follow following natural rules.

(B) Good Diet Plan

Morning desi cow fresh milk, afternoon salad and maki roti + mungi ki dal+ green veg in it

and evening 4 to 5 types fruits

(C) Good sleeping plan

(D) Good avoid food plan

Never eat outside food, packed food and junk food

(E) Good Exercise plan

Do morning and evening walk daily. Do morning and evening exercise daily. It increases blood flow and it will ear infection naturally.
