Pull Up Exercise

In naturopathy, there are lots of ways to tests the physically fitness. Last lecture, we have explained push up. In this lecture, we will explain, how can you do more push up.

First 10 to 15,  you must do full push up and then start half push up, with this, you can reach your big strength goal of physically fitness of 50. I used same for reaching 50 pull ups
