How to Relieve Pain from Enlarged Spleen

 If your spleen has increased, it will start to give the pain. So, that you can understand what is the problem. After diagnosis, you can know, it happens due to enlargement of your spleen. Now, there are many things to relief enlarged spleen. Some, I have already told. Please check and learned exercises, asanas and pranayaam. All are helpful to pain relief. Here, we will focus which are the best meditations which helps to remove the pain. With meditation, you can focus your mind on the supreme power and nature will start to heal your pain. After some time, you will there is no pain and enlarged spleen has become normal.

1. Focus on Om in Mind

In your mind, you have to focus on the Om. Om is great power. Just 5 to 15 minutes daily focus on om by closing your eyes  will give your relief pain from enlarged spleen

2. Focus on Mantra

You may have any mantra in your religion. Start to speak it in mind for 5 to 15 minutes. It will give you pain relief.

3. Focus on God Light between Two Eyes

Close eyes and start to see god light between two eyes for 5 to 15 minutes. It will give also pain relief. 

4. Focus on the Breathing

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing only. If any thought regarding pain will come. Say no thought. Do it for 5 to 15 minutes. 

5. Focus on Imagination

Close eyes and start to see you are totally healthy. You are walking, doing exercise, doing yog, doing asanas, doing pranayaam and your spleen has healed and there is no pain. 

6. Start to Write and Speak Positive Words 

My pain is removing slowly.

I am feeling relief

My spleen is started to become healthy. 

I am healthy

My spleen size is decreasing fast.
