From March 18, 2017, I began sharing my knowledge on public health and naturopathy through Quora, offering free guidance to people across India and the world. Over the years, I answered more than 400+ health-related questions, covering topics such as sciatica, ulcerative colitis, natural remedies, and holistic wellness.

Unfortunately, my Quora account was blocked due to Platform Policies, and all my contributions disappeared from the platform. After persistent requests, Quora finally provided me with a copy of my answers under my legal right to access my personal data. This page is a documented archive of my Quora answers, preserving the selfless public health work I have contributed over nearly a decade.
